“What Does This Mean?”

An Introduction to Good News

“What Does This Mean?” is your introduction to the Bible’s good news (and Good News). In this class, we study the main truths of the Bible and our confession of those truths as a Lutheran church. As we do, we’ll see how the answers to life’s most important questions are all found in the Bible and that those answers are always good news.

Whether you’re considering membership or it’s been awhile since you’ve reviewed the basic teachings of the Bible, “What Does This Mean?” is a great way to get introduced to the Bible’s good news.

Free childcare is always available.

Sunday Mornings

Nursery Care

10:15–11:15 a.m.
While older children, teens, and adults have the opportunity to grow in God’s Word, we offer nursery care for children ages 0–2. Simply bring your child(ren) to our nursery and a caregiver will keep an eye on them until the education hour is over.

Sunday School

10:15–11:15 a.m.
Sunday School is for children age 3 through grade 6. Each week we start with 15 minutes of music in the sanctuary. Then children split off into four different age groups for a Bible lesson and learning activities designed for their age level.

Teen Bible study

10:30–11:15 a.m.
Teen Bible study is for students in grades 7–12. Every Sunday our teens gather for study and discussion of the Bible. The Bible studies are often topics of interest chosen by the teens. Teen Bible study is taught primarily by our pastoral intern.

Adult Bible Study

10:30–11:15 a.m.
Adult Bible study takes place in the sanctuary. Some courses explore what the Bible says about certain topics. Other courses walk through books of the Bible from start to finish. Adult Bible study is taught primarily by our pastor.
