Membership @ Good News
God wants Christians to belong to communities of faith so that they can encourage one another, grow in faith together, and work together to spread the good news. When a person is deciding which church to call home, God wants us to consider one factor above all others. He wants us to be certain that what a church teaches is in agreement with what the Bible teaches.
Before becoming a member of Good News, we want you to be certain you’re in the right place. We want you to be familiar with what we believe as a Lutheran Christian church so you are completely comfortable entrusting us with your spiritual care. Most often, the best way for someone to get to know more about us (in addition to attending on Sundays) is to take our “What Does This Mean?” class. One way or another, we want to work together with you to get all our cards out on the table to help you confidently make this important decision.

“What Does This Mean?”
An Introduction to Good News
“What Does This Mean?” is your introduction to the Bible’s good news (and Good News). In this class, we study the main truths of the Bible and our confession of those truths as a Lutheran church. As we do, we’ll see how the answers to life’s most important questions are all found in the Bible and that those answers are always good news.
Whether you’re considering membership or it’s been awhile since you’ve reviewed the basic teachings of the Bible, “What Does This Mean?” is a great way to get introduced to the Bible’s good news.
